Bournemouth, 14-04-18 (H) PL

No rest for the wicked for me, as far as i can see we have no knew injuries from the city game so i'd like to see our strongest team start, have to keep the momentum going and we still need to nail down a top4 finish. same team as against city with maybe Hendo coming in for wijnaldum.

                                                  Karius

                             Arnold    Lovren   VVD   Robertson

City, 10-04-18, CL, QF, 2nd leg (A)

I guess both City and ourselves very much were thinking about this game given the weekends results, how City lost that game is a mystery and as for our result in the derby, well, at least we got a point despite it being a really bad performance, anyway, onto this massive game for both clubs.

From what i can gather we should be at full strenght with Salah and Robertson seemingly winning their fitness battles and should be available. Obviously no Hendo as he's banned, not sure on the…

Great result against city but the job is only half done, before the 2nd leg we have the big derby to deal with. I think we should see a few changes here, idealy we should rest at least two of our front 3 and bring in Solanke and Ings but will Klopp take such a gamble in a derby game. Arnold had a great game against city but might Klopp rest him and bring Clyne in. Robertson could also do with a rest, might Klopp bring Moreno in. Hendo will certainly play as he's banned for the 2nd leg…

City, 04-04-18, CL, QF, 1st leg (H)

Thankfully an ugly win against palace keeps the momentum going as we welcome the visit of city in our biggest game of the season so far. A poor performance on saturday but i'm guessing they all had one eye on this game, still managed to get 3 points so all is forgiven.

I was very surprised that Clyne didn't play any part on saturday so i'm wondering will Klopp start him here or will he Keep faith in Arnold, for me you can't beat experience so that's why i'm putting Clyne and Milner in…

Palace, 31-03-18 (A) PL

Back to normal now and the serious stuff of the run-in. These team in a relagation battle are always dangerous but the way we were playing before the dreaded international break i can't see anything other than a win here. Seems our only casualties are Gomez and Can,otherwise we're at full strenght.

As usual it's the midfield that's hard to predict but mine would be Hendo, Chamberlain and Lallana. My back 4 would be Arnold, Lovren, VVD and Robertson. Some are calling for some players…

Watford, 17-03-18 (H) PL

I think the only thing up for discussion here is the changes Klopp will make as surely 3 points are in the bag here. Lovren and Arnold had shockers last saturday so maybe he will bring in Gomez and Matip to play alongside VVD and Robertson. Hendo missed out last week so maybe he comes in to play alongside Can and Chamberlain. Front 3 of course picks itself, the team might look like this,

                                                                                Karius

Manure, 10-03-18 (A) PL

It's rare that i really look forward to this game, not because i think their a better team, far from it, just the thought of them beating us is just too distressing, i, like most LFC supporters, detest them so them doing us over is a horrible thought but enough of that, we''l beat them, i can smell it. Anyway, onto the team.

I think the back 4 and front 3 pick themselves now, Arnold, VVD, Lovren, Robertson, Salah, Firmino and Mane, it's the midfield that's hard to predict but my…

Porto, 06-03-18 (H) CL

We should see a few changes for this game but still have enough to see ourselves comfortably into the quarter finals. I think we might see the likes of Gomez, Matip, Moreno, Lallana, Solanke, Milner and maybe even Mignolet. With a 5-0 lead i reckon we can rest a few with a view to next weekends game against manure which could decide who finishes 2nd this season, pity palace couldn't do us a favour tonight, you just knew manure would get at least a draw but to win it from being 2 down is a…

Newcastle, 03-03-18 (H) PL

Not sure if this game will be on due to the weather of course but sure we'll put the blog up anyway.

Looks like we basicaly have a full squad to choose from, appears Milner is carrying a knock and Wijnaldum has some kind of illness, other than that we're good to go. Lallana is fit and available but i would hold him back for the game against porto on tuesday night seen that that tie is done and dusted. My midfield would be Chamberlain, Can and Hendo with Hendo as our CDM. At the back if…

Westham, 24-02-18 (H) PL

Seems like an age since our last game but thankfully it's all back to normal from tommorow with the visit from the hammers. I don't see any new injury concerns so we're pretty much at full strength, especially seen that clyne is back to full training, might we see him on the bench tommorow.

The midfield is always hard to call, i would like to see Chamberlain get more starts as i think he was showing great form when started regularly instead of coming on from the bench, i'm starting him…

Porto, 14-02-18 (A) CL

Could this be the biggest game of our season so far? I always say our next game is the biggest. Porto have an amazing home record as i'm sure you've all read about, runaway leaders in their lge this season and flying high in confidence but this is probably their toughest game yet this season. A great sign for us about the win against the saints is we weren't brilliant but still won comfortably away to one of our bogey teams, i'm sure all minds were on this game.

I dont see any reports…

Southampton, 11-02-18 (A) PL

A potential bannana skin this one and for varius reasons, 1) the obvious, they'd love to get one over on us because we continue to poach their best players, VVD is in for dogs abuse here so lets hope he can handle it. 2) the pressure is on us now seen that spurs beat arsenal, the race for the top 4 positions is really hotting up now, can we handle the run in???

Gomez is ruled out through injury but that seems to be the only new injury concern. My back four would be Arnold, Lovren, VVD…

Spurs 4/2/2018 (H) PL

I didn't see a match blog so thought I'd give it a go.  We face an exciting encounter with Spurs.  This is a perfect revenge opportunity for that thrashing we got at Wembly earlier this season and also we can extend our lead over them.  This is a must not lose game for me, because they could go a point ahead, but if we win, we go 4 ahead which is incentive for us to go for the win instead of a pragmatic approach.  If I'm being honest, I'm feeling apprehensive before this game because of our…

Huddersfield, 30-01-18 (A) PL

Lets not mention our last two games and get straight onto this one. Needless to say, i know it's a cliche but this is a must win game. Looks like we've no new injury concerns so a full strenght team to put out. Expect Gomez and Robertson to come back in, Hendo done well when he came on against the baggies so i expect him to start, i would have Milner in my starting 11 as Can and Wijnaldum were and are awful, Milner simply couldn't be any worse, my midfield would be Chamberlain, Milner and…

WEST BROM 27-1-18 (H) FAC

As no one wlse has started this game's blog and it's tomorrow I thought I would get it rollling.  The importance of this game has increased since the poor defeat at Swansea.  Its vital that we don't go into a slump and that we can look back on Sansea as a one off bad night.  It's also our best chance of silverware this season so even though a few changes are expected a strong team is important.  West Brom may be in the relegation zone but like the Swans thay have improved recently and they…

Swansea

We play Swansea on Monday.  They're right in the thick of a relegation battle and normally we'd struggle to break teams like this down but we are coming on the back of a huge win against City.  Following up with 3 points is an absolute must.  We've got some players coming back from injury - Hendo, Moreno and Sturridge.  This is the lineup I would go with:

                                              Karius

               Gomez           Matip            VvD         …

City, 14-01-18 (H) PL

Oh how we owe city one big time and also a great chance to show there is life after Coutinho. All top 6 teams have tough games this weekend so a draw here may not be a bad result even though we are at home. I'm reading Salah is back training this week so i'll put him in my team up front with Firmino and Mane. Chamberlain has been playing well lately, really starting to show his quality, i'll put him in midfield alongside Can and Lallana. A back 4 of Arnold, Gomez, VVD and Robertson will most…

After a very nice win against Burnley how's about this for a break from Lge action. These are the games the city comes alive for, it'll be blue and red everywhere, i've yet to experience a derby game but one day i will, anyway, onto the team.

I can't find any updates on the fitness of Coutinho and Salah so if any of you can please let us know, i'll put them in my team anyway. I think the back 4 should be the same as against burnley, although i think Gomez will partner VVD in the future…

Apologies for missing the Leicester game folks, needless to say delighted with the result as leicester are a tough team to beat so an excellent result today. Up next another team that has caused us problems in the past but confidence is high and i expect another win here, onto the team.

Trying to 2nd guess Klopps team is very tough with so much rotation but lets give it a try. I think Arnold will come back in and Klavan for Matip who was dire today, Robertson has to keep his place so…

Swansea, 26-12-17 (H) PL

Our yo yo season continues with another good lead conceded at the emirates after a great performance against bournemouth. Fully expect us to win this game comfortably and put another nail into swansea's coffin. i suspect a few players might get a rest here as the swans look doomed this season so i expect a few changes, onto the team.

I'd like to see Karius get another Lge start, Migs has reverted back to his awful ways, was he ever any other way really. Arnold should come in at RB and…
