Bournemouth, 14-04-18 (H) PL

No rest for the wicked for me, as far as i can see we have no knew injuries from the city game so i'd like to see our strongest team start, have to keep the momentum going and we still need to nail down a top4 finish. same team as against city with maybe Hendo coming in for wijnaldum.

                                                  Karius

                             Arnold    Lovren   VVD   Robertson

                               Chamberlain   Hendo   Milner

                                 Salah     Firmino    Mane

I think Klopp may make some changes but why, this team is doing fantastic right now, it's been 3-4 days since the city game so they've had plenty of rest, keep the momentum going, keep the winning mentality and nothing can stop us, best of luck RedMen.

  • It was a great game and credit to Bournemouth for giving us a hard attacking game and we got the three points. Great header from Kane to make it 2-0 and a fantastic assist by him to Bobby to seal the game for us. 2 More wins and we will claim a top four place for next season's CL.
  • 3 goals from the front 3 and 3 points. Good result and CL is allmost in the bag. If we can do well against Roma top players will won't think too hard to sign for LFC but Klopp has a system of turning good players to better. Dontt really have to buy talent under Klopp. I have to give him that, its a gift he has,
  • Delighted Klopp has put a very strong team out, only a handful of games left this season so barring injuries this team should be able to play them all.
  • I agree with switching Milner for Wijnaldum. On this particular European cup run Milner has been an unexpectedly important player and I wouldn't take any unnecessary risks with him from this point on, plus it wouldn't do Wijnaldum any harm to get a bit more playing time. Given the injury situation, the rest of the team pretty much picks itself.
  • I would play Clyne to give young Trent a rest after his superb performance against City but I didn't notice Clyne in the training pictures yesterday and wonder if he is injured again? I'd also be tempted to give Milner a rest and play Wijnaldum but Klopp will know best who needs a rest and who doesn't.
    • I agree that 4 games in a week and a half would be a stretch for Milner so yeah, Wijnaldum to start and he's been playing well lately so no problem there.
    • Just read Clyne and Klavan are out. We need to win this one and West Brom next week-end which would make a top 4 finish almost certain before taking on Roma.
      • Badly need to win it which is why i put our strongest team out imo, we have to secure that top4 finish as we simply can't rely on winning the CL.
        • Firmino a doubt with a kneck muscle strain may give him a rest and ings a go

"I said the very same about Shaqiri, too lazy and not suited to Klopps style of play but is a cracking little player nonetheless, for 13mill he has to be worth the gamble, PL and CL  experience, it's a no-brainer really, like you i'm very willing to…"

"I posted earlier in the summer that I'd be amazed if Liverpool went for Shaqiri as he didn't look like a Klopp player - too lazy.  However, I had no idea at the time that he was available for £13 million.  He certainly has the  potential if Klop can…"

"Hello Sage, hope your doing well my friend.
Have to say, i'm surprised your against the signing of Shaqiri, i think he's an excellent addition to our bench and at 13mill a no-brainer really. He's got a cracking left foot, can split defences with a p…"

"This World Cup was certainly eventful. There was a lot of worry that VAR would ruin games but I don't think it ever really did, not even the final. I think the use of technology is unavoidable, there's too much money riding on results now, so the au…"

"What a brilliant World Cup!  The Final, for once, was not a let-down even though I was cheering for Croatia.  Croatia were the better team in the first half, indeed until France scored their third but the luck and the decisions were with France.  I…"

"Surely, surely Klopp and the owners can see that we desperately need a new keeper now, at least give ward a chance as is being reported, he can't be any worse than Karius and the awful Mignolet."
