Hi all,
I've had some reports of the site not working properly, just checked in with support and they can't find anything wrong. I have just cleared my cache and cookies on Chrome which seems to have everything running smooth. Try it yourself, there's a guide here - https://support.google.com/accounts/answer/32050?co=GENIE.Platform%3DDesktop&hl=en
Have a great Christmas…
Looks as if we are stuck with Lovren at CB for at least 6 weeks. Who would have thought that we would need more support at that position a few weeks ago? If appears that VVD might be the only senior CB available if one more goes down to injury. Gomez is going to have to have his appearences monitored for a while, Matip is physically unreliable, and Lovern is just unreliable perood. I'm not a manager, but that sounds like a CB crisis to me. We need another CB body in ASAP! Any ideas for…
The dailies are rife with rumours that Reds are planning an audacious GBP85 million bid for Ousmane Dembele from Barca. While the need for a creative, offensive midfielder is an obvious gap to close for LFC since the parting of Gerrard and Coutinho, this club record bid is clearly raising eye-brows. Is Dembele worth 85M or will Fekir on a pay for play basis represent better value? Reds obviously don't need a repeat of dud panic buys of the likes of Andy Carroll and Balotelli.
I couldn't help but smile as I thought of all those keyboard warriors around the world frothing at the mouth upon reading this news. The signing of Fabinho and Keita, in some people's eyes, was supposed to ring the eventual death knell of Henderson's Liverpool career. Yet Klopp has never swayed, when asked, from his view that Henderson is an…

Rumor mill in the Express suggests that Real Madrid may try to entice Mo Salah away from Anfield with a GBP133M (Euro150M) offer now that they'd lost their main striker Ronaldo to Juventus. It may start to get serious if their bid for Cavani from PSG fails. Will the lack of a release clause in Mo's contract help LFC's retention hopes?…
Latest outbursts from Stokes and Arsenal camps suggest both dressing room and fans' discontent with big names not pulling their weight in their club's relegation and downward spiral battles. Names like Shaqiri, Ozil and Sanchez come to mind; "disappear from games", "goes missing" are all too often heard in post-game comments. Let's hope we see a very different and motivated Shaqiri in the LFC red jersey!!
The current transfer season has been a weird one because of the World Cup. However, I do have somethings to say (surprise) on was has occrued so far. Like many LFC supporters, I do nt like the idea of XS being given a red shirt and is now a member of our beloved team. I do not understand the thinking behind signing this 'bargain' in this transfer market. Have watched, and analyzed Xherdan Shagiri's play over the last few seasons and I just do not believe he has the quality or temperment…
With Liverpool kicking off their pre-season yesterday with a 7-0 win over 6th tier Chester I thought I would post a pre-season thread, though at some stage when we come up against more serious opposition someone (Warrior?) may wish to start a blog around a particular game. The first half team had a bit of a struggle to find any rhythm. Harry Wilson's two goals were well taken and his movement was good. Curtis Jones was impressive and payed a lovely pass for Wilson's second. Fabinho hit…
I thought I would add a World Cup thread to the site so we can comment on the action and in particular on the performance of those Liverpool players who are participating and those with whom we are linked. So far it has been an enjoyable competition with some stunning goals and at least one brilliant game,Spain v Prtugal (or should that be Spain v Ronaldo) I thought Lovren had a very solid first game for Croatia though Nigeria were poor and hardly tested him. Henderson continued his good…

When it first emerged that Karius had been sent to get tested for concussion by the club I, like many others, thought it was an exercise in detoxifying his reputation after his disastrous display in the Champions League final. However, after reviewing the footage of the incident between Ramos and Karius and reading numerous expert opinions I've become…
Fabinho's combination of character and ability make Jürgen Klopp delighted with Liverpool's agreement to sign the midfielder from AS Monaco.
The 24-year-old will join the Reds on July 1 after 225 appearances and 29 goals for the French club, with whom he won the Ligue 1 title in 2016-17.
Was Salah nobbled?
I'm going to say something controversial but hear me out before you string me up from the nearest tree - I don't think the MAIN intention of Ramos was to put Salah out of the game. Even though his reputation would suggest it was perfectly possible that Ramos meant to nobble Salah I don't think the sequence of events and where they took place on the pitch point to that being the obvious conclusion,…
This is quite a long article by Melissa Reddy called 'From Hong Kong to Kiev: At the end of the storm, there's a golden sky... The inside story of how Jurgen Klopp weathered the worst to lead Liverpool into the Champions League final' (…
